One thing many seasoned travelers don’t talk about is travel anxiety.

Pre-trip jitters are completely normal, whether you have an anxiety disorder or not.

How positive affirmations helped me on my first solo trip

I had an anxiety attack at the airport on my first solo trip to the Netherlands.

It was terrifying because this was going to be my first truly solo adventure.

Sadly, the weather in Amsterdam in April 2022 wasn’t the best, so I continued to experience anxiety the whole week.
